If I could give it 0 stars I would.Came with a friend because the location looked nice, patio right by the water.I'm not even sure where to begin... the service was terrible. There were two Ukrainian waitresses with absolutely no costumer service skills. Also, when we scanned the menu, a Ukrainian menu pops up... we wanted to order items from it but only after we're told that this menu was discontinued.....It wasn't busy at all and took 40 minutes to bring out two tiny pizzas and two appetizers. The size of thier portion is a joke... even my 4 year old stayed hungry after it. The prices are high for what you get and the food doesn't taste great. At the end we had to chase the waitress for 30 minutes to ask to pay.Would never come back there again. Also the entire patio has only 2 umbrellas for shade. And they don't have any take out boxes. I have never experienced anything like this before. The plates were also dirty.
The main draw of this restaurant is the beautiful view of Fairy Lake. Unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. The portions are small, the quality is lacking, and the prices are high. The $18 margherita pizza pictured is particularly disappointing, as it is the size of a small hand. Despite the steep prices, we paid around $60 for a salad, pizza, and beer each.
The restaurant has no understanding of what a restaurant should be. We ordered nachos, mac n cheese for our child, fish and chips, and ribs. The nachos and mac n cheese took 20 minutes to come out. The nachos consisted of only a few tortilla chips and the rest were store-bought round chips. There was a small amount of half-melted grated marble cheese on top, with large chunks of white onion and cherry tomatoes as toppings. We had to ask for sour cream, which was listed on the menu but not provided. The mac n cheese was like KD, but poorly made with pasta sitting in a pool of milk and cheese. Our child even spat it out and refused to eat it. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and questioning our server (despite being the first table to order), only one of our dishes was brought out. When we inquired about the fish and chips, the server returned after 8 minutes with burnt fish and chips. We decided to send it back and leave. Despite this terrible experience, we were still charged for the nachos and mac n cheese.
Service and food were terrible. We used to come here 2-3 times a year. Won’t be back Sounds like it has new owners. Nothing else to say.
