McDonald's - Newmarket

This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of tasty fast food, with friendly staff and a welcoming family atmosphere.

I visited the restaurant to try the $1.00 for any size coffee with a ginger molasses cookie. The cookies were fresh and sold out quickly.

The only positive aspect of my visit today was the exceptional service provided by Shontelle. Unfortunately, it took 26 minutes to receive my order. While I waited, the staff kept taking bagels for takeout off the tray, resulting in delays and cold coffee. However, Shontelle quickly replaced the coffee, apologized sincerely, and offered to help with anything we needed. Despite Shontelle's excellent service, I will not be returning to this location if possible.

I was disappointed in McDonald's. Their portions of food beverages are getting smaller they are increasing the prices.

The only saving grace to today's visit was Shontelle. It took 26 minutes to get my order. While I was waiting they kept taking the bagels for take out off the tray so every time they would put a bagel on the tray for my order it would be snatched and had to start over again. Coffee was made right away so was cold by the time order was ready - but Shontelle replaced it and kept apologizing profusely and even said if we needed anything to just come to her. Shontelle gets 5 stars but this location, won't be returning if I can help it.
