Contribuisci feedbackSo I work around the area of this store and me being me accidentally ordered and paid for my dinner to my work address on the app rather than my home address. It was clearly my fault. I told the delivery driver about my error and told him to take it back and enjoy. The store manager called me I told him to give it to his staff it was clearly my error. The store manager called head office and had them take care of my order. They clearly didn't have to do any of this it was all clearly my error. I am amazed at the top notch customer service I received for something that was clearly my error.
This location food wise got better. Not sure if ownership or people changed.But it was bad before. Now it good could be
This pizza pizza location is terrible, not sure if I spoke to someone in store or head office. supervisor on the phone declined our store credit. When I clearly asked for a store credit. Supervisor told me they checked the recording and said pizza was a replacement, but I did not receive my replacement. Pizza pizza has terrible customer service. This is how they treat their Loyalty customers. Terrible
Very fast and friendly staff and service. The food was cooked exactly how I liked it and the worker even cooked the wedges a bit less as I requested. Was very clean and presentable, will go back again for sure!
