If I could give zero stars I would. As many other reviews say, avoid this location at all costs!! First of all, the drive thru menu doesn’t even have all the items on it, only a few so you need to look online first for what you want. I waited 40 minutes in the drive through for 1 chicken fingers and fries combo….unbelievable. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for someone to even take my order, then another 30 at the window! No check in to tell me what was going on or anything. Also I asked when placing the order does it come with chalet sauce? He said no, so I paid for the medium size. Open the box and it did come with one…so I paid for one for no reason. When I finally got my food I said “wow that took a really long time” he said yeah sorry have a nice night and closed the window…the same thing happened to me about a year ago when I visited this location (my only 2 times and last going), placed an order for pick up, pick up time was 6:30, didn’t get my food till 8pm!!!! Staffing shortages are no excuse at this point since it’s been this long. Food was garbage to top it all off, fries were cold and chicken was dry and overcooked. Shut this location down already

Bathroom was missing toilet paper, hand soap and had a one week old bathroom checklist. I was disgusted! Asked to speak to the manager and informed him but that doesn’t change the fact that this location did not concern themselves with a clean and healthy washroom. Glad I had my own tissue and hand sanitizer. I suspect that washroom had been like that for a week!

Put in a preorder at 5:30pm for pick up at 630pm. 2 sandwich combos and half chicken combo. I still had to stand and wait until 7pm. What's the deal?!Update: food was cold, wife got food poisoning. Thanks for the fantastic experience. I wish I could give zero stars

Ordered online, drove 20 mins to pick up, was stoked for the festive specials. Showed up and the place was closed when I arrived at 7:50pm. Tried all doors with no luck. Usually supportive of the Swiss, but this is a terrible set up and BIG time let down. Wouldn’t order online from here again.
