This is the worst experience you could have at a Time Horton. I asked for 4 combos, they mixed it up with content with errors. Then the person on the receiving end is quick to get rid of you by shouting at you and saying that no one understands you because of your accent. No effort to provide good service. I am very disappointed. The person who speaks with you calls on people who are far away to justify that he does not understand you and is quick to charge you with what you did not ask for in order to get rid of you. I had to pay double what I wanted in a hurry. This is deplorable service. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is really overkill. It's not the first time, but it's one time too many.
Worst customer service i went there for a coffee for my colleague at 10:54 pm today there was one couple sitting inside and the cashier was sitting inside i went drive thru i wait two three minutes he didn't took the order he just ignore then i went to window at 10:56pm he deny to take order he didn't even bother to open the window and ask anything he just saw me at window and left...
