Yogen Fruz - Newmarket

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was a Sunday around 3 PM, and I ordered a waffle, only to be told there would be a 10-minute wait. After 15 minutes, I asked the staff about my order and was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 minutes or I could get a refund. Meanwhile, I noticed that orders ahead of mine were being overlooked as customers were leaving due to the long wait. There were only three people working, and the only one who seemed to be working quickly was the girl serving ice cream. In total, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order.

I visited the restaurant close to closing time (my mistake), but the staff member who helped us was very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, we ordered a large size but were given only half the portion, which barely filled the cup. Additionally, there was just one small, cut-up fresh strawberry included.

The customer service was terrible, and the staff's behavior was disappointing. I do not recommend this place at all.

It used to be my favorite tea, but now the toppings are no longer included. You have to pay an extra $0.75 for each topping you want in your drink.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant while trying their Presotea menu. I ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly and Pearls, which was more expensive than similar offerings elsewhere. I was expecting the passionfruit chunks shown in the advertisement to make it worth the price. Unfortunately, there were no actual fruit pieces in my drink; instead, they used a flavored syrup that was excessively sweet and completely masked the flavor of the green tea. On the bright side, the service was commendable—on par with other establishments in terms of efficiency and friendliness.
