The hotel, the staff and the eating enough bob, teri, lisa and steph (to call a few) went out of the way to go there and emilys big day with a bang and made it all so easy. the rooms were beautiful and bedding really comfortable, eating was sooo tasty right from breakfast to dinner and high-time breakfast and the atmosphere was so warm and friendly from beginning to end and nothing was too much up. many thanks for a fantastic weekend and we will be back soon.

Had s Christmas meal there yesterday with work mates from ONS. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommend you guys. Keep up the good work xx

I went to the Waterloo for the first time a few weeks ago and I was absolutely blown away by the amazing choice and variation of food. I could have happily ordered everything! Food and service was fantastic, I can't wait to go again!
