Perilicious - Newport

This take away is amazing fast and efficient. Great team members and most importantly the food was amazing with generous portions definitely recommend.

The 10 year old bad man wanna be (claiming to be some sort of manager )was very very rude food was missing and his attitude was very bad on the phone waited over 2 hours for the food bear in mind sat here with 3 kids waiting for this food and when it did turn up most of it was missing and got told on the phone that they'll put it on my next order actuall joke definitely won't he ordering again stay away guys

First time trying and wasn’t impressed, ordered southern fried chicken fillet burger but actually it was a cheap frozen burger very bland, with out the mayo it would of been horrible, chips was nice bt won’t rush back to try again

After collecting the food, I rang back to say we are missing something from our order but the lady who took the order did not want to rectify her mistake as they were ‘busy’. I asked if a driver could drop off the missing item but she declined and claimed “that is not happening” absolutely shocking! Not only did they mess up our order but then made up an excuse of not have the food item in stock after confessing they messed up. The awful lady stated “your food is getting cold” on the phone too! Disgraceful customer service and would advise everyone to order from Perilicious or to go there after the way they treat you.

Ordered food and it took two hours to arrive !! And when it did it was cold . Don’t bother ordering from here and go somewhere else
