We told them in advance that we would bring people for coffee and cake during our walk. they reserved tables for us and were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had both coat potatoes. service was less than minutes and both hunt with sides were excellent. we both really enjoyed it. well made the sainsburys team. would recommend.
My daughter and I popped into the cafe today whilst shopping in the store. We only wanted a light snack so ordered a panini (already prepared- just needed heating) and coffees. None of the tables were cleared so we cleared and wiped it down...ourselves. After a minute wait for our panini’s to be heated up, I asked a member of staff how much longer I would have to wait! I was greeted with a grunt and told there’s a minute wait! I advised I hadn’t been told this and found it odd as it was literally to toast a panini which takes minutes! The lady grunted again and walked off. She returned minutes later with the panini’s, no apology was made! Very disappointing, definately not worth the money for an average snack with poor service!
