Delivery driver needs to learn how to knock on a door. Sat about away in quiet and didn't even hear them.

Ordered Sweet and Sour Prawns to take away. When I got home I had been given chicken instead. Went in again next day to complain and was told very rudely that it was my fault because the order would have been read back to me and I must have said chicken. I pointed out that as I don't eat meat (I eat fish and veg only) that would be unlikely but the boss still insisted I was in the wrong. His attitude was appalling. He made me wait and go through the CCTV so he could prove it! Running the footage you could clearly see me saying prawn so he changed tack and told me I couldn't have my money back because I hadn't brought in the dish. I had to go and phone my wife and get her to drive up to Newport with cold,old sweet and sour chicken and go back in with it at which point he was too cowardly to face me even though he knew I was coming -in order to get my refund. I was made to feel awful even after I proved I'd ordered the correct dish and I certainly will not be returning ever again.

The owner is absolutely pitiful. Asked us to move times from sitting at the bar (which is apparently not allowed) to another table and then to a different table. He openly said to a member of staff we did not matter and spoke to his staff as if they were worth nothing and looked at the girls as if they were a piece of meat and allowed them to stand and play with their phones. It is overpriced and most definitely not a welcoming atmosphere!

I had to go and call my wife and bring her to go to newport with cold, old sweet and sour hair, at which point he was too coward to meet me, although he knew I was coming - to get my refund. I was made to feel terrible, even after I had proved that I had ordered the right court and I will certainly not return.
