Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newport

I'll never go to the one on Concord Pike again. I'm assuming this woman was the manager, but she over saw and micro-managed every single thing the employees did from how big a spoon full of rice was, to how the chicken was cut. My bowel was like 1/2 it's normal size and I found it not only rude, but unnecessary. And of course as usual, my drink was missing from the kids meal I ordered.

Food ansetvuxe ate usually very good but this time my rice was not fully cooked and it was crunchy.

I'm visiting this chipotle because I live right on the street. The quality of food depends on who works. (The guy with the big tattoo on the neck is the best cook in this place). While this can be said for many food businesses, pricing options are changing too often here. I went today with the intention to place my usual order (chicken bowl, children quesadilla, adult Queensadilla) cleanliness was not too par, only 3 employees work in, which is identified as manager. Food options were watery, burned or old. The manager? recommended that they do not make Quesadillas in this place and never have it?s an online only option. If I got them about a dozen times from this place. to say sure; I went upset without food. I'm not back to this place.

My dear restorer!! I love it! Amazing food and great service! 100 percent. The Chipotle app is also helpful and amazing when ordering Chipotle.

On the Chicken Quesadilla they didn't let me add paprika or onions, told me that they couldn't put it on the press so that only a regular, basically children's quesadilla with only chicken and cheese... bored. Then it was not cooked long enough. When I wanted to eat 15 minutes later, everything was soggy. And the beef Burrito was in most cases too hot. It was completely wrong, unbalanced and almost unedible. Not back.
