Dunkin' - Newport

99% of the time something from my order is forgotten. At least half the time the drink is made incorrectly. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend this location. Here’s an example pic of my latte that is barely half full when they handed it to me.

Avoid until current management is replaced.Went through drive through at 6:30. Ordered medium black coffee. Received order then realized was given a medium regular (cream and sugar) that was made at 5:10. So it had been sitting around for over an hour but they gave it to me.Not first issue with this location. Will not be back.

Poor service. There was no one around except us but the cashier wants everything done fast. Spacious. Has tables and chair for dine in. Parking space is ample. Has a drive thru. No high chair. Accepts credit and

Stayed in Newport for a couple of days . First time on the drive through 9 am 15 min wait so ok it’s morning I get it. Went back around 11 am and waited 11:25 with four cars ahead of me finally got my cup of coffee. Very unfriendly when I asked her for the correct change back she shut the door immediately and I was just sitting there with no recognition finally she basically said I know I know and shut the window again. Then again I went back before work this time went into the store where 3 employees were there no I’ll be right with you, hello just had to sit there listening to them dropping the “F” bomb for 10 mins. Before the store manager took my order . Nice just because you do volume in a store does not mean that each custermer doesn’t matter. So disappointed and disrespected.

Every single time I go here they forget something, get something wrong, burn my coffee and last time my hot latte was actually cold as if someone out it in a refrigerator. Like how? Always check your bags at the window before driving off and taste your drink. You'll regret it when you drive away. The owner needs to help their team figure out an effective system, and definitely pay them more because there's obviously no motivation.
