Forty 1 North - Newport

The wonderful staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and to provide us with a memorable experience the food was delicious, the morning coffee service started our day off on the right foot, and even though it was a bustling Memorial Day weekend, we had a quiet, peaceful spot to relax and refresh and enjoy the beautiful water views rooms were immaculate, quiet and so comfortable hope to be able to return one day

Our stay was great. Very clean. Very friendly. Great food. The wine pairing was very cool. We met nice people. I would definately stay here again. We had the continental breakfast sent to our room. It was awesome

My husband and I celebrated our 32nd anniversary and enjoyed everything about our stay. For starters everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous water view, a well stocked bar and even fresh baked cookies! We had dinner at The Grill restaurant and it was out of this world! I had the filet cooked to perfection and my husband’s tuna was so fresh and delicious. We finished with creme brûlée and a chocolate ganache s’mores cake that did not disappoint! Bravo to the very talented chef! We will definitely visit again and will highly recommend to our friends !

This lovely hotel is in the center of Newport’s waterfront, giving you easy access to shops, restaurants entertainment. The fabulous staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully kept and the rooms are comfy with touches of luxury throughout. I love their loaner bicycles. It’s a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle to explore greater Newport. Although, I find we spend most of our time on property, taking in the views of the harbor, while enjoying a deliciously prepared meal or sipping on a glass of champagne. Visiting Forty One North has become a birthday tradition for for my SO and I look forward to staying there again soon.

Extraordinarily expensive for what was provided. Room was new, but things were broken. Staff were friendly and available, but not well trained, eg never given a tour of the room's features. Lots of extra charges. Noisy. In general, solid place in a great location, if the price was 1/3 of what was charged. For this high a price, everything should be absolutely top notch facility, staffing, etc.
