Kfc - Newport

I believe my food was kept under the heat for too long. Also, why is the dining room closed?

I was very pleased with the service. Although it's a drive-thru only, the wait wasn't lengthy, and the food was excellent.

Like any other KFC, the experience can be hit or miss. It often depends on the staff and the time of day.

Can you say overpriced? Since the pandemic they have shrunk the popcorn chicken, but not the price. Everywhere the portion size seems to have shrunk and increase its prices. The staff was friendly business was acceptable clean, but the first 2 items were out of stock along with all sauces no good food experience.

Waited in line for well over 30 minutes (2 cars in front of me) because the drive thru speaker has not been working for weeks. Placed order for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches deluxe. Chicken was tough and no pickle on sandwich. They didn't have unsweetened tea so I picked 2lemonade and I was charged .60 extra. Sorry if you're out of an item you should not charge ME extra for your poor planning. Will NOT be returning.
