Great discovery in Newport. Excellent value. Super efficient and friendly service. During our tour of Oregon, I was starting to miss affordable meals brimming with vegetables and tofu; finding this place delighted me!!! It was simple, well executed and delicious!!! Vegetarian options: We can replace the protein in most meals with tofu.
The food was excellent, and the staff was very helpful in finding options that suited my food allergies. I would definitely return. Regarding dietary restrictions, they were able to accommodate my allergies to dairy, corn, and wheat.
Very rude staff. We ordered basil fried rice and asked for spicy and they gave us a bland fried rice. When we ask to fix it, they were so rude about it, they start getting offended and said that they will bill again if we asked to serve us the order that we ordered. Rice tasted stale. Stay away!
I always see a lot of cars parked here, so I thought it would be good. I don’t eat that much Thai food, but I’ve had some very good stuff in the past. Yes, this is better than you would get from a box but I don’t think it’s on par with the other Thai food that I have had in other cities. I don’t think I’ll go back. I have to say that the place was packed at 6:30 in the evening. Of course it’s convenient and it’s right on Highway 101 right in front of the Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital.. the portion size was fair, the price, OK. I got pad Thai with pork. Parking: Do you want to come in to this restaurant to park on the north side of the restaurant. The south entryway is like broken concrete with different levels and if you have a low rider you will scrape they do have ADA.
