Never again... McDonald's will be dead and gone in 5 years, what an awful place....

Very nice McDonald's! Only been once while visiting for the eclipse but the food was ready quick, was fresh and made well, and the staff was extremely friendly to us the whole time. They even checked in every now and then to make sure everything was good.

The fries are never done or they taste like old grease. The burgers are sloppy, and messy. Way too much mayo, ketchup, mustard, they just look thrown together! And omg, can they not spare a full cup of ice? Barely any ice in my drink. The breakfast or morning shift is totally different. The evening and over night crew are not that great.

I took my 7 year old grandson to McDonald's in Newport Arkansas this afternoon after school. We went inside to eat and the woman at the register continuously messed up my order it was simple two number sevens NO ONIONS she overcharged me she charged me for two number sevens and two extra cheeseburgers. I took them back to her and ask for no onions politely and she had an attitude I also told her I was overcharged and she showed my receipt to who I'm assuming was the manager and told her that I had messed the order up, which is not true because we get the same thing every time we go there . I got back to the table and and saw that we also did not get our fries. So I went back to the counter and asked her for our fries she was very rude and the manager turned around and started yelling at me saying we're only human and this is my first day back and after that I tuned her out I really wasn't concerned with her personal business. I was just trying to get two number sevens which is two burgers two fries and two drinks not charged extra and certainly not with someone yelling at me especially in front of my grandson. Just before all that happened a man walked in and asked for ice cream, he also was given attitude so he turned around and walked out saying y'all never have ice cream when I come here. We know not to ask for any kind of ice cream because you get a major attitude over that . I am very disappointed and embarrassed of the service at our Hometown McDonald's. Every time we go there which is usually through the drive-thru it is a very unpleasant experience besides the fact that a child is subjected to mean rude attitude from employees at a place he loves to eat at.
