Perro Salado - Newport

Very good restaurant! Casual atmosphere, excellent food, great service with friendly staff. We had the red sangria, fried avocados and lobster quesadilla. Everything delicious! A couple of blocks away from the main hub but not a bad walk. Highly recommend !

The tacos were great! nice outside sitting! great little lunch place. I had some margaritas that were in order to be from Texas, I'm a hard critic, but eating was pretty good. definitiw their own in newport scene.

If looking for the place the locals go, this seemed to be it. A regular recommended the ribs, fish taco's, and margaritas...excellent. One of the finest and most authentic Mexican restaurants we have visited. We even stuck around for the live entertainment. Highly recommend.

Mexican restaurant in newport. as everywhere else it is too often overcrowded to the point of light inconvenience, but that is what they get in any above-average restaurant in new england. good drinks, delicious dishes, delicious desserts. I recommend it.
