Taco Bell - Newport

A new restaurant with quick service and friendly staff. The food is decent, similar to the average quality and taste of Taco Bell. The indoor area is clean and quiet, with a comfortable temperature. I recommend it!

This Taco Bell location is quite slow, but unlike many other fast-food places, they consistently get the orders right. We've visited at least four times after 10:00 PM, and every time, the staff has been friendly and accurate with our orders. We specifically ask for no tomatoes, and they always accommodate that request perfectly. Even with changes to our orders, everything comes out just as we asked. I truly appreciate employees who take pride in doing their jobs well. Sure, I've spent about 20 minutes in line, but I don’t mind waiting for fresh and correct food, especially compared to other places that rush and often mess up orders. I’ll definitely be back for my late-night Taco Bell cravings!

I typically don’t have the best experiences with service, but on January 18th of this year, I was served by Lourdes. She was delightful from the moment she took our order. She didn't rush us and patiently repeated everything we requested. Her charming voice and bright smile lit up the entire place. This is what great customer service is all about. Thank you, Lourdes, for an amazing experience. You truly rock!

Very friendly staff, constantly cleaning tables and floors, counters, soda area clean and neat. They also do delivery( who knew? . Good value in today's rising food costs. The beef bowl was great and delicious.
