Local Ocean Seafoods - Newport

Amazing amazing amazing ! I was a little weary going to a seafood devoted place ,being I am very weird and specific about that stuff. Get out and it's in the heart of fishing boats and docks and feel like I have to catch my food.. but once you see the restaurant it all changed.Its upscale as one would want for a great date or get together. This is the definition of a Hidden Gem, surprise someone with this local location and blow there mind or impress your date. The drinks are knockout and fancy quality and the food is even better . I'm in the service industry and this location had my table clean ,waters full and had me so so impressed with this place . I had the Italiano sandwich and took a change and was lights out. Thank you for s great experience to Newport from MN today ! Just be prepared to spend the money though! (But it's worth it ?

Delicious! Very pleased with the variety of menu options, including plentiful selections of gluten free and vegetarian. The seating gets a little tight, but the full front of the restaurant opens to the sidewalk. The peach-halibut is our new favorite, now we have to start grilling peaches with halibut at home! The Brazilian Stew was also delicious (I didn?t think it was at all spicy but had good flavor and lots of seafood). Even got crab cakes to cook at home for dinner; their whole fresh fish selection looked fantastic. I will definitely go here again when we are in town.

A truly wonderful seafood eating experience. Everything is so fresh and cooked to absolute perfection. Definitely some of the best fish and chips I've ever had the fennel slaw is also amazing. I especially value the portion sizes. Such a good amount of food to be full and not waste or have to bring any home.

Best Fish Chips I?ve ever had. Hubby had the Grilled Hoisin Black Cod. It was awesome! Try the Spicy Margarita. Very good! The Espresso Orange Flan -excellent! What more can I say! It was all great. Service was above average and the view from upstairs added to a great dinner.

Such a great place down on the bay front. I am not a seafood lover but this place has it going on. From the time you walk in you know it is going to be good. The blood orange mule was superb. I went out of my white fish comfort zone and got the tuna. What a great choice. Tasted both halibut dishes...delicious. The crab cakes were perfect. If you love seafood this place is an absolute must if you are in the area.
