Boardwalk By Balboa Lily’s

Stumbled upon this little gem today while out for a morning walk. Awesome and convenient location, just off the bike path. Ordered an iced vanilla latte and plain bagel. The latte was super smooth, refreshing, and the vanilla tasted natural not overly sweet (I'm weary of syrups because they tend to have an artificial taste to them). As far as the bagel, ordered a plain bagel and to my surprise it was sourdough very tasty. I didn't order cream cheese but they did put a generous amount of it. No big deal, could have been due to trying to communicate while wearing face masks. Completely understandable. Fast friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Super cute coffee shop. Great variety of coffees and teas. Good snacks, muffins, croissants, eggs sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, and paninis. Cute beach vibe and great service. Try the Honey Lavender latte or the Cardamom Spice latte! They also have empanadas!

100/10 would definitely recommend this spot, great food for a low price, food was cooked perfectly and staff was very polite, alongside great service!

Amazing little breakfast spot! We loved the open air dining, and the location is just a block from the beach. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Small menu and the food was delicious and affordable. They also have some incredible latte flavors

I love this place and go often. Good coffee and the bacon egg sandwich is great. Staff is friendly and nice.
