Fable Spirit - Newport Beach

Top restaurant and follow this chef (david shofner) its presentation and taste are top notch. the interieur is comfortable and feels more like a house with charming interieur. Walkway seats not so desirable with hard metal chairs. evening pictures are for Mediterranean bass, fable burger and short rib. the burger could be the best they have tasted with pork bells and truffles. the guiness bread cup is a winner with sweet butter. cocktails rock the house. tequila trinker do not give the tequila wine feeling fine cocktail with cabernet reduction. chapman pilsner was a delicious beer selection. fable and spirits is one of the top 3 best restaurants I rated in newport beach. Dress up to impress and fit in beautiful. many parking places even for a Saturday night.

Wow. this restaurant has amazing eating. in most restaurants in irvine I usually get average food, but this time it was different. every single article we had was extraordinary. I have to say that you dessert needs more work to be as good as the rest. but I still give them 5 stars.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants! They did an amazing job with every detail (design, menu and bar). Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Fable and Spirit and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! The food was delicious and we especially loved the salmon and Brussels sprouts. The restaurant has a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the service was excellent. I think the owners have a “home run” with this new location and we will definitely be returning there in the near future.

The food was outstanding and the environment/ambiance was unique and interesting definitely part of the overall experience. The food was presented beautifully and produced excellent flavors that meshed well together. Highlights Guinness Brown Bread, Cipollini, Salmon, and the Halibut.
