Lido Tasting Room - Newport Beach

I am SO glad I stumbled upon this business! I was searching for somewhere local to host a surprise birthday for my mom and sent them an email: they were so quick to respond and had the best customer service. I reserved the room even though I had never been there. They allowed us to bring our own food and we purchased all their wine, which was GREAT!! The party couldn't have been any better. It's the cutest little spot, the owner came in and said hello, and the lady who was helping us was so so so sweet. All the ladies and myself left raving about this place: We will Definitely be back and be recommending this tasting room to all our friends. Thank you guys sooooo much!!! Not one complaint. The space is perfect, the customer service was above and beyond and the wine was great.

Very rude staff. I come in for a wine tasting but the guy behind the counter is going over his life story with some old hag. My friends and I lost our patience after 10 minutes of their snootiness and left.

I've been a fan of this place since it first opened. While it has evolved into more of a wine bar than an urban tasting room, it remains an excellent spot to enjoy quality wine and delicious small plates. I celebrated my birthday there a few years ago, and I'm considering hosting it there again this year because everyone had such a fantastic time!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Make sure to request a flight, a glass, or a bottle of your favorite wine variety. They offer everything from Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, along with some limited vintage Cabernet Franc. Everything was fantastic, and the staff was even better. I might be a bit partial, but I truly love this place!
