Sakae Sushi - Newport Beach

The food was good! I recommend ordering a maximum of two plates, as the sushi rolls come with eight large pieces and are quite filling. I felt there was a bit too much rice in them, though.

This place is absolutely charming! We visited on a Monday night, so it wasn't crowded, but there were plenty of takeout orders being prepared. There are only about four tables and a sushi bar...

I absolutely adore this cozy little gem! If you visit on a weekend or at the end of the week, you might have to wait a bit, but trust me, it's worth it. The rolls are simply delightful...

The interior is cozy and a bit cramped. Nonetheless, the rolls were enjoyable, and the hot green tea was fantastic! The service was also prompt. Food rating: 4/5.

The restaurant was a bit on the expensive side, but the food was quite delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, and the dishes arrived fairly quickly. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
