Trattoria Mediterranean Cuisine

This quaint and rustic restaurant is located on Marine Avenue in Balboa Island. It's family-run and tends to be quite busy, so it's advisable to make a reservation. The food is quite good, featuring fresh pasta and a diverse menu. While the service isn't particularly fast, it is efficient. The only downside is that there is no restroom inside the restaurant; patrons must walk down an alley to access it. We've visited a few times and have always enjoyed our meals.

Wonderful food and lovely atmosphere. It felt like I was on an Italian holiday again. The pasta was fantastic, and the Tiramisu was simply delightful, leaving me with a big smile.

This charming little spot in Newport is truly delightful. We enjoyed a wonderful Chianti, and the duck dishes were fantastic. We highly recommend trying the lobster ravioli and the chicken Trattoria.

Family business with exceptional food!! A must when you visit Balboa! The restaurant reminds me of small restaurants in Europe with a great menu and all the dishes with great taste. Small wine map, but high quality with a good selection of prices.

Very small but authentic making for a great personal experience. Everyone was kind and attentive. Small menu but honestly makes a choice fast and no matter what you get it will be great.
