I had to ask for my money back, because his attitude is as if we need him and us as customers don’t. I had to explain to him that we are putting money in his pockets to help his family. I Think this place needs to be closed down. I can imagine how he treats his employees. BBB if you read this please check into this
If you'd like instant diarrhea that'll prolong into the next 2 days...this is your go to place! Their food is so expired its unbelievable how this business is still operating, whoever is the health inspector must've been paid off haha jokes but this is not good food made by not so sanitary people!
The food wasn't up to any of my culinary standards.
I don 't know what happened to the Little Jimmy 's Steak Sub I have been buying for the last 40 years, but it 's definitely not anywhere near the sub that it used to be. It looks like they changed ownership recently. The sub was extremely sloppy and falling apart while I was trying to eat it. It was oozing red grease when I unwrapped the foil around it. It also seemed to have a lot of vinegary tangyness to it, which could be from canned hot peppers instead of what I used to think were fresh hot peppers usually cooked with the other ingredients. It also seemed to be overloaded with red hot sauce although I never remembered the sub having any red discharge in the past. I thought it was just hot spices used to give it that Zip. I won 't be ordering another one.
I ordered from little Jimmy's yesterday and for some reason the girl that answers the phone always gets my order wrong. I had to cancel my order at least 3 times now. Last time I talked to the manager about what was wrong with my order and he told me they would remake it instead of refunding the money to my card like I asked. When I called in for my remake I had to talk to the same girl that has been getting my orders wrong and she informed me that I would have to pay a delivery fee to get my food so basically I paid 2 delivery fees because they refused to refund my card. When I asked for the manager she would relay messages instead of letting me speak to them. Long story short the prices dont match the menu or the online menu and when I asked about that they couldnt explain so please dont order from them unless you have to. The delivery driver told me just dont order from them anymore this last time my food was wrong so advise everyone else to do the same. He works there so I feel like he knows the truth.
