Food, great, service, friendly! It's Red Lobster, you know what you're getting off top, pretty much!

What great staff, very caring and kind. I am from over 9 hrs away and I was treated like family. From the wonder woman answering the phone to the gentleman bring the food out to my car. The food was cooked perfect and the presentation of it being takeout was wonderful.

The biscuits were just as delightful as I remembered from previous visits. Everything was freshly prepared, although I felt the lobster mac and cheese was lacking a bit in flavor. Nonetheless, it would still be quite enjoyable for kids. All in all, we had a lovely evening. The lighting was dimmed more than during the day, creating a perfect ambiance for our dinner. This restaurant will remain a favorite of mine, transitioning from mother-daughter outings to special moments with other loved ones. If you’re looking for a great seafood restaurant, I highly recommend Red Lobster. Just be ready to unwind and savor your meal. I’ve noticed that the location in Williamsburg doesn’t quite match the quality of service or food, but as long as this branch maintains its talented kitchen staff and committed management, I will continue to come back.

Tonight's dining experience was fantastic! We savored both the Admiral's Feast and the Mariners' Feast. As always, the Cheddar Bay biscuits were delicious. Our salads were fresh and crunchy, and the seafood was cooked just right. We're very grateful for the attentive, friendly, and professional service provided by Mike T. He did an outstanding job training his colleague, Randall. Thank you both for your efforts, and please pass along our compliments to the chef and kitchen team!

I should note that I could have been a secret shopper assessing her restaurant, but I'm just a visitor who enjoys reviewing the different places I try. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would have shared that feedback with her if she had taken a moment to visit our table. My suggestion for her is this: I spent just as much, if not more, than the other tables, so what made them feel more important than us? I dined there around 1:30 PM on May 1, 2022.
