Contribuisci feedbackOrdered two soft tacos with only meat and cheese, got this and a dose even meat, it is kartoffeln. we stand on the window and they have the music so loud that they can hear every word what a problem would be, but it was nothing other than cuddling. the Taco shells were dry and cracked and everything was simply thrown together as if they were less well maintained. every time we go here, they can't make it right to make a meat and cheese taco.
Unfortunately, on this particular night, the restaurant did not follow our special requests. None of our orders were prepared correctly, and I only realized this once I had already returned home. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but no one picked up the phone. Unfortunately, there was no customer service assistance available through the app. Overall, it was a disappointing experience as our money was wasted on food containing beef taco meat, which our vegetarians could not eat.
I stopped by this restaurant yesterday and went through the drive-thru. I asked the employee if they had taco salad, but he couldn't answer. I had to wait for another employee to come to the window and ask the same question, only to be told that they no longer make the salad. It was frustrating that none of the employees knew the answer to such a simple question. I ended up leaving without ordering anything and went to a nearby competitor to get a salad instead.
Ordered off the gluten free menu in the drive through and was the only vehicle so cannot give them an excuse for being busy, sadly. Gave me two chalupa tacos and a burrito…. Not gluten free. Willful negligence?
My food was not fresh. The burrito wrap was very dry and the Chulupa shell was not crunchy. I was very disappointed.
