I absolutely love this restaurant and visit whenever I can. I've been to five different locations, and I've always been pleased with my experience. The sandwiches and salads are incredible! It's a fantastic spot to enjoy time with friends and family.

Consistently good food. The reward system must be less confusing. It also makes no sense that some rewards (including canned and jarred foods) must be sent by the mail and can not only be picked up from the store.

Always a great experience when I come to the button in Newport News. Good quality food and clean atmosphere. Today I was particularly impressed by the friendly staff and the customer service. Thanks to Abby for helping me carry my order to my car, because my hands were full of my newborn in the car seat. I appreciate your goodness.

This location is great. Food is excellent. Team went beyond and beyond with a catering order for which I appeared late. They let me in and allowed me to take my judgment. Very recommended!

This is a great place to have a delicious sandwich and relax in city center. I got the Inlet, a vegetarian sandwich, and I substituted vegan mozzerella for the standard cheese. They have craft sodas in their fountain machine, lots of individually bottled juices, beers, and othe drinks, and there is a shop element where they sell cookbooks, gift items, and pre-packaged foods and snacks. The interior is spacious and inviting, and there are artists displaying and selling their work. There is also sidewalk seating. The service was veey hospitable. My only complaint is I wish there were a few more vegan options, maybe even a vegan sandwich.
