We accidentally ate here and we are soo glad. Service top notch. Food top notch. When at a ski mountain you can either pay $19.00 for a cheeseburger, or pay $22.00 for an amazing dinner!!! Choice is obvious. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I’ve dined at the Crow’s Nest twice in it’s opening weekend and I’m so thrilled with this new addition to Sunday River’s White Cap Lodge. The food is fantastic, I HIGHLY recommend the French Onion Soup. The menu has tons of unique items that it’s difficult to decide what to try. The bar is well stocked and beer/wine choices are plenty. I asked the bartender when they opened and she mentioned that it was only day 2. I couldn’t believe how calmly and expertly service was executed it seemed like they’d been working there for years. I’m so excited to come back and try the rest of the menu thanks again!
Overpriced burgers. Server was a very nice person but the burger was not clearly priced and the add ons were a bit ridiculous.
I'm surprised that this place is 3 stars. My husband, son and I came here on a Friday night because it was close to our hotel. My expectations were low based on the ratings. However, we ended up having a great meal. I got the tomato soup and bread, and my hubby got Joe's special (or some similar name; it was pretty much like a Philly Cheesesteak). I was obsessed with the soup. It was flavorful, without being rich. My husband was happy with his sandwich, and very impressed with the sweet potato fries. The only downfall is the price of the cocktails. We paid $14 for each drink...and the drinks weren't anything to write home about. All in all, a solid 4 star. We'll be returning later this week.
