Great meal with family. The were very accommodating. Check out the men's room.
The restaurant has a speakeasy vibe and a slightly confusing entrance due to all the doors looking the same. The bathroom is really cool. As for the Reuben sandwich, it wasn't the best or worst I've had, but the bread was toasted well. I'd give it a decent rating. Moving on to the honey mustard, it was a big win for me as a fan of the condiment. It leaned more towards the honey side but had a good consistency. It was a bit slippery on my waffle fries but worth the effort to enjoy. Be prepared with a napkin as I found myself trying to get every last drop from the cup.
The nachos were disappointing. It's difficult to go wrong with nachos, but the shredded cheese wasn't melted properly and there was a strange Kraft-like cheese underneath. When we mentioned it to the bartender, she just laughed it off. The draft beer selection has become more mainstream compared to before, and the prices for anything decent are now $9 or more.
Today, on 9/13, my group of 5 arrived at the restaurant for our 6:45pm reservation. We have been regular customers since April 2022 and have always honored our reservations. Unfortunately, we were told that there would be a one-hour wait and we could not be seated. This was very disappointing, as we had made our reservation three weeks in advance and were not informed that the restaurant could not accommodate standing reservations. To make matters worse, we witnessed another party being seated at an empty table despite arriving after us. If the restaurant is hosting a private event and cannot honor existing reservations, it would be appropriate for management to notify customers in advance.
