Uncooked and cold pepperoni pizza. It's my last time in Greggs

Slight wait as shop busy. Pleaaant staff. Food coffee piping hot, but cafe area disgusting. Dirty tables, floor covered in napkins, food and cups etc.. Not one member of staff cleaning or clearing

Terrible experience no hygiene whatsoever manager pickup the food in his hand without using any gloves I ordered coffee and that was not test very watery.

I went in at 12 to get some lunch after waiting in a que finally got served only to be told there was no hot food and would have to wait 10 mins.. After standing in a que again got served only to be told the hot stuff was just going in the oven!! For another 15 mins I find this sort of service around lunch time shocking the staff were clueless wont be back since moving to a big shop the service and quality has really went down hill

This was a terrible experience. I was in today, and after a long queue and extreemly slow service I noticed that the hygiene standards were very low. I found out that the food had not been properly covered so germs could come onto the food. The manager was picking up the food by his bare hands. When I saw that I decided to leave. I would never come again, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
