Hi Tea - Newtown

Hi Tea Bar was a fun place for me and my family to get some boba! The drinks were great (but we weren't a fan of the strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba) and the people working were very nice! Although, the wait for the food was long it was overall a great place to just chill and get some bob!

We got a honey oolong tea and a brown sugar coffee. The drinks were terrible and extremely watered down. Both had more ice than drink and the aloe in my drink was near rotten.

Stopped by while passing through Newtown. Was told that that boba was extra which is fine. With that being said, my taro milk tea bare had any. It was also not shaken and was not pleasant to drink in general. Stopped by Kung Fu Tea on my way home because I felt so let down. Would not recommend.

This is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I’m completely in love with the mango green fruit tea that has strawberry popping boba; it’s incredibly delicious. I’ve sampled bubble tea from two other places, but they just can’t compare to Hi Tea Bar Bubble Tea in Newtown. It’s definitely the top spot for bubble tea!

I visited for the first time today, and I can honestly say it's the best boba I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly too!
