I discovered Nick's catering at the Southbury Farmer's Market, and they offer prepared meals that you can take home, warm up, and enjoy. It’s fantastic! I bought the Aubergines a la Nick for myself and Chicken Parmesan for my son. My nine-year-old son, who is a bit of a foodie like me, said it’s one of the best meals he’s ever had. The aubergine dish is excellent, and it’s so refreshing to find homemade, unpeeled baked eggplants that many places don’t offer. I can’t wait to try more of Nick's meals!

I absolutely love Nick's catering! The party where they provided the food was fantastic. The brothers and staff who run the business are exceptional and very skilled. The food is not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend this place!
