Charlotte's - NEWTOWN SQUARE

Absolutely disgraceful disgusting. I booked this place for a luncheon after my grandmothers funeral after discussing the menu IN DEPTH with Alicia she decided to take it upon herself completely change it. After finally getting her to answer she told us to go elsewhere if we don’t like it.

My baby shower was held here. And it was absolutely beautiful in the crystal room. Katrina was wonderful to work with and the chef did an amazing job. He was checking in with my Mom throughout the event and we did not feel rushed or anything. The food was so good. I have nothing but great things to say as well as we will be back for dinner and would definitely have a future event there. Thank you so much!

My go to place for EXCELLENT food, service atmosphere when I 'm in the West Chester Pike area. Truly a hidden gem.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Right in the middle. I did takeout by the way so, maybe it is better at the actual restaurant. Update: It was better for dine-in. Let me tell you, and I mean this in a complementary way and with the up most respect, if you are over 60, this place is for you!!!!!! We got there around 11:45am and there was already a good amount of gray-haired beauties (Proverbs 16:31) in there. Around 12:30pm, this place was packed!!!! They were rolling in, Grandmas, aunties, uncles, laughing and talking. It was getting loud. Charlotte’s is killing the game for the over 60 crowd. Bravo!!!! These older ones aren’t looking for a fresh take on decor, they want to eat! In Charlotte’s with the friendly waitstaff, they got you covered Charlotte stays in their lane, and you know what… their WINNING! That’s why I went from a 3 star to a 4 star. And if you are over 60, it just might be a five for you!

Great restaurant! Was there for a dinner party and everything from the accomodations and food to the staff where excellent. Everyone was raving about the crab cakes and ravioli!
