Pablo Rusty's is a shining example of how specialty coffee goes beyond just great taste. They are dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through their sustainable practices. As a B Corp certified company, they prioritize sourcing and roasting the most delicious beans in an environmentally friendly manner. They invest in tree planting, rebuilding biodiversity hotspots, and running their factory on solar power. By working closely with farmers, they aim to eliminate waste in the coffee supply chain. Pablo Rusty's first Impact Report highlights their efforts to minimize their footprint and their goals for the future. I enjoyed a delicious Kenyan filter coffee at Pablo Rusty's, which exemplifies the collaboration of coffee communities in Kenya to produce high-quality beans. Additionally, I purchased a Huskee cup, a stylish and durable reusable cup made from coffee husk. It's great to know that Huskee is also a Certified B Corporation now!
Amazing salads! Delicious deserts! Great place to drink a cappuccino for $4 AUD and enjoy the place.
Make sure to visit this place for a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly, the coffee is decent, and the ambiance is great.
The spot is near the Museum Station. I ordered a BLT tostie, a cold brew and a flat white. The cold brew was balanced and the flat white was smooth. The BLT was good as well. I would say I like the bread and the sauce. Super friendly service. Even though the barista with her mask on, you still can tell she got a smile on her face every time when you talked to her. I browsed the whole menu, I would say the price of the food was a little bit pricey. But I love their coffee, so definitely give them a 5-star rating.
