Lord Of The Fries - Newtown

I come here often and always love the food but yesterday was served by Niall, he had such amazing customer service would honestly go there again for him alone.

What happened to this place? Changed owners after Covid? The food was horrendous, everything went into garbage. Chips and burger were burnt. Burger looked so sloppy. Terrible. Goodness if you burnt something you should redo it, not serve your mistakes to customers. Zero stars.

Customer service is so bad here. I stood at their counter to place my order but nobody bothered to attend me (the store was not busy at all). There were two Indian girls (with curly hair) in the kitchen who saw me but kinda ignored and started talking in their language in front of me (May be they did nor realise that I understand their language hindi) They both were very rude and preparing food with anger. I was continuously witnessing their behaviour with the other Asian girl as well which was nothing but rude. I don’t know why your keep such rude staff who don’t even know the basic etiquette of customer service. One should serve food with love not with anger and rudeness. Pathetic customer service. I will never come back here and will tell my friends and family about this experience so that they also don’t go to this store.

Pretty good vegetarian burgers and hot dogs, nice staff, clean place, many choices of fries yet I was very disappointed with Poutine: the cheese was not the right one!!!… ahh was so exited yet not what I was looking for

I am not vegan, but tried it. It wasn't bad. Not a choice for me. Server was very polite and nice. Clean reastaurant. My wife had a vegan chicken sandwich, said it was very good. Had fries, delicious!
