Vargabar Espresso - Newtown

Cool small corner caffe with large open windows. a bit pokey in some areas with tiny tables. the personal was very friendly and happy. eating was okay. the maisfritters had so much tweeper and capsicum in them that they should be called tweebel and capsicum fritters. a bit disappointed as these ingredients were not listed in the menu at all.

Beautiful to see someone who unafraid to strong rich coarse coffee (and they still make it very creamy). Maybe not the best and not for all, but I liked it.

Probably the best coffee I've had in Newtown by a long shot! Its a really cute, corner location off of King Street too. Would recommend!

There were 2 main highlights of this cafe - their heavenly ricotta and strawberry pancakes (I usually hate pancakes) and their wonderfully nice and tolerant
