The tomato soup is delicious. the view of the beach is amazing. the waiter is kind. also try their leti with different aromes. plastic straws were replaced by metal and bambus straws. probably good for the environment, but what about hygiene?

My wife and I went to eat at fusions. I was very happy with my meal, but my wife found her fish and rice dish to be useless. the fish was full of bones and had the skin on which was not properly scaled. So. my review is a compromise between our two extreme experiences.

We've been in fusion a few times. the waiting staff is really polite, attentive and helpful. eating is delicious and the menu is unique in comparison to other restaurants in kovalam. I think no matter what they choose on the menu. would be delicious. they have obviously really thought hard about their menu and how they want their food to be. that shows up. the only, maybe a little negative, what I can say is that the menu is not always clear how the dishes are. for example, if they order the Tofu-Burger, it does not come as expected and that was not explained to us. we also ordered the wiper bhurji and it said that it was with a gravy/ sauce, but when it arrived, it had no sauce. Nevertheless, all were delicious and we were happy, we would have just appreciated some clarity in ordering or reading the menu.

For an unforgettable experience, go to the fusion restaurant for dinner. over the beach, the location of the restaurants is perfectly placed to see a spectacular sunset. ideal for date night! the personal is polite, the menu is extensive with something that suits every taste and the beer is cold. we went as a small group and had a delightful evening and yes, a picture perfect view of the sun over the water.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking along the beach. Such a brilliant menu. One of us wanted something a little ‘plain’ while the other wanted more adventurous and this had everything inc very healthy options. Amazing service, very attentive, great view, fast WiFi!
