Blues Burger - Niagara Falls

This restaurant is extremely affordable. The quality of the food is top-notch and always fresh. Orders are prepared quickly. I underestimated the size of the double-burger patties, but that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a Burger Connection in our area. The wings and chicken strips were delicious. The menu overall was very impressive. The bar was superior to the casino bar, offering real beer glasses instead of plastic cups. The bartenders were friendly and served fantastic mixed drinks.

The restaurant is clean and well-organized with COVID-safe precautions in place. The food was delicious and prepared with great taste. The staff was friendly and patient with our large order.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch, with professional, dedicated, and understanding staff. The servers are patient and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The large window seating area adds to the pleasant dining experience. Overall, the employees are fantastic and truly make you feel valued as a customer.

Waiting time was something on the long side, but as soon as they order, it comes pretty fast. the inner felt a little underwhelming. eating was delicious, as a family contract. I had the (huge) B.L.T, and it was very tasty and fill, and the riders were very close, if not, perfect.

Burgers and sandwiches are always good. Service has always been pleasant. My only negative is over the years the boxes, cups etc seem to get cheaper and cheaper quality and kind of makes the experience more like a food stand at a fair rather than a restaurant in the casino.
