Formal Bbq Event Catering

I was with 3 other people. We had the misfortune of ordering from this establishment. The gentleman taking our order treated us like we were stupid, he kept exclaiming that the food is award winning . We ordered pulled pork and a cheese burger. The cheeseburger was edible, the pulled pork was AWFUL. Pork was pink and bland, served on a soggy hamburger roll. In addition, they got the order wrong (3 pulled pork sandwiches and 1 cheeseburger, really?! . One pulled pork sandwich came out first and was eaten before everything else. They totally forgot about the other 2 pulled pork sandwiches. A women serving handed us 2 sandwiches on the same plate, although it was 2 separate orders, and made one simple statement, here . I dont reccomend this for anyone, anytime! If these was a half rating, that 's what they 'd get, just for the poor attitudes.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Formal BBQ Catering, my wedding was last night and they were late arriving and dinner was late being served by and hour and a half. Which cut out quite a bit of the DJ's time. No one EVER apologized to me for being late. The food was actually good, but the pork was served cold. The bbq sauce that they use is Kraft, Kraft bbq sauce for a bbq place??? The lease they could do is put it in a different container. The sides were delivered in the trunk of someones car, rather than all of the trailers that Chris showed me when I booked with him. The pig was supposed to be there early so that the guests could see it and take pictures. They added much more stress for me on a night that is supposed to be the best night of your life. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever use them again

The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the staff was top-notch. I can't recommend them highly enough!

"I visited a place on Old Falls Street that had a wonderful aroma, and the owner was promoting it as the best BBQ around. However, I found the pulled pork to be unusually pink and lacking in flavor. I'm a bit worried I might feel unwell in about an hour. On a positive note, my 14-year-old thought the burger was quite good. A suggestion for the person taking orders: once you've taken our payment, it would be helpful to ensure that we actually receive our food."

They catered a lunch at my workplace today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was served cold, the chicken wasn’t prepared on time, and when it was finally presented, it wasn’t cooked properly. Additionally, there wasn’t enough food to accommodate all the employees.
