This restaurant is situated within the Seneca Hotel and is almost always fully booked. Luckily, we made a reservation before arriving in town, and we were grateful for it!

(A generous 4 stars!) I met up with a friend at this restaurant for some Asian cuisine, and they were very accommodating by seating us early since we arrived thirty minutes ahead of our reservation.
