Parkway Prime -Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls New York

I recently attended a business group event at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious and served promptly. David was very helpful in setting up group rates and was quick to assist us. The best part was the warm and freshly made chocolate chip cookie we received at check-in. Check-out was easy and the staff were always available to help with any questions. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable weekend. The location is also convenient, as it is just a 15-minute walk to the Canadian border and close to Niagara Falls. Make sure to bring your passport or Real ID if you plan on crossing into Canada!

This hotel is a great place to stay for visiting the waterfalls. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are large and impeccably clean. The location is convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance.

We had dinner at this restaurant and found it to be quite expensive. The salmon was good, but pricey. However, the rest of our group's meals were not impressive. The mashed potatoes had undercooked, unmashed lumps. The service was decent, but we felt like a burden because three people in our party had dietary restrictions.

This hotel is incredible in every way. The restaurant inside is very good with a great bar. They have a small snack and beverage place available 24/7 like a Vegas Hotel, indoor pool and jacuzzi are soo nice with towels included. The rooms were very well laid out and extra clean. Great large hot shower with bench seat. Soaps and conditioner included. Tons of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Not to mention if you stay here you can walk out the back door and onto Niagara Falls State park and walk down to the falls with incredible scenery with the river leading to the falls. Fresh hot cookies from the front desk staff. Lots more for you to discover once your here. I won't stay anywhere else when I come back. The prices were low too.

Ok so I’ve had a good experience with any Hilton hotel and this too was a good one.Remember that this hotel is on the New York side of the Niagara Falls and not the Canadian side.One major surprise was, as soon as you receive your keys, they also provide you with warm ready to eat chocolate chip cookies…yes you heard that right, warm chocolate chip cookies are served at the counter and as many as you’d like.Anyways, the hotel was clean and though there’s no direct view of the Niagara Falls, it’s walking distance from the river.The deck outside of the hotel restaurant with a fireplace is also a nice touch.Breakfast buffet is not included in your stay but $17 gets you a buffet that has almost everything you’d want for breakfast. I had the buffet and was very happy with it.Would definite recommend this hotel to anyone going to see the falls.
