Contribuisci feedbackAfter waiting a full 15 minutes, we asked if they were still making our drinks. The woman replied, "Sorry, I needed cups," and then promptly forgot about our orders again. The guy at the counter kept mumbling apologies and thanking us for our patience, all while doing nothing productive. Finally, after another 10 minutes, my coffee was made, but my friend's coffee was still incorrect—she received it without cream or sugar. When she pointed this out, the guy responded that they didn't have cream and sugar available, even though mine had both. They finally made her coffee correctly, but it was absurd—30 minutes to get two coffees! Both employees appeared to be completely lost and had no idea what they were doing, with no manager in sight. The customer behind us was also left waiting a long time for her coffee, and hers was wrong too. This experience was unbelievable, and I will never return. I expect a manager to contact me regarding this dreadful service. I've never encountered such incompetence at a Tim Hortons before.
When I politely asked if she could remake it with the correct amount of cream, she slammed the cup down and loudly told me that someone else could help me instead. She then made a loud comment for all the customers to hear, saying, "YOU DON'T MESS WITH PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR FOOD AND FIX YOUR CARS," and went on to tell her coworkers that she knew where I worked, implying I was at Walmart and should be careful. In reality, I am retired and do not work at Walmart. I brought the situation to the manager's attention because I felt threatened and harassed by this employee, and now I don't feel safe returning to the restaurant. As a side note, the manager clarified that the senior discount indeed applies to all beverages. Tim Hortons, you need to do better!
I always enjoy getting our foot-long explosion muffins and Timbits.
Very inconsistent, Once in a blue moon are your chances of getting a double/double coffee, or even a triple/triple that's the same. I say all the time, but really need to make more coffee at home, unfortunately tired of getting coffee with either sugar, or cream missing! What's more frustrating is that's what the place is in business for! Making coffee, maybe just me, but definitely a daily customer, sometimes more!
Very clean and good smell place. Lots of employees to help you out. Cheap prices and helping nature. They made my coffee again when it was cold due to extra cream.
