Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

Oct 15, 2022 I stop by this Tim Hortons with my puppy after going for a walk. They where very slow and no one else in line. I asked if they had a pup cup just wanted to give her a treat was told they don't do that here. Now this is the first Tim Hortons I have ever been to that does not do pup cups if there not busy. I go to Tim Hortons every morning get 2 orders of omelet bits large coffee and donut every day 7 days a week. They know lost my 9.60 I spent every day not much but thats $3,504 a year I will no longer be spending there. And was told they stop serving breakfast foods after 3pm. Will now be going to another place and there are other places then Tim Hortons.

Rude service and coffee was extremely burnt?took it back and waited 20 minutes to get another burnt cup from the same pot..will never go back

Usually so crowded you can't get food. the WORST part of this and other tim hortons is the luke warm food,seems no matter what you get you can't get hot food from tim hortons anymore.

I LOVE TIM HORTONS.. BUT THE ONE ON THE BLVD (Ollie's) the customer service stunk.. and the girl was very rude.. sorry

Got the waffle breakfast sandwich, the waffle fell apart like it was old or something. Sticking to bagels, hashbrowns and donuts and kettle chips. The sandwiches always disappoint.
