Wendy's - Niagara Falls

This place is busy but that just means they are well staffed and you always get fresh food. Even with the amount of customers in the drive through I still got my food quickly. Burger was so juicy and delicious. The drive through worker was very cordial and sounded genuine.

So i don't know how to explain this.... but i went to this location today while i was out (usually go to Porter) and the nuggets at the NFB location are sooooo much better. they're crisp on the outside and taste... well... cooked... inside. when i get the 4 for $4 at the Porter location i feed the nuggets to nature as they're like.... mushy and weird. i don't know if they're not kept in the fryer long enough or stored weird or what.

Good service and food this trip. Had a really chipper employee working the window. Nice to see. Keep making them smile, Wendy.

At this Wendy's, I consistently receive excellent food and service. I would like to especially thank a young man named Gregory, who usually works at the register. He is always so friendly and takes the time to ask how my day is going. This truly brightens my day, as it's something we rarely see at Wendy's; many employees seem unhappy in their jobs. As a Greek immigrant, I truly value good social skills.

I visited the drive-thru and was impressed by how quick and fresh everything was. I would definitely go back to the same location.
