Dairy Queen - Niagara Falls

I stopped by this restaurant while strolling down a busy street in Niagara Falls. The restaurant was bustling and could have benefitted from an additional cashier.

The restaurant was slow, disorganized, and understaffed. It was very disappointing. The only redeeming factor was the ice cream cake we ordered, which was actually good.

I am struggling to find any positive aspects about this restaurant.
