Uncertain, but gluten allergy cross-contamination Seriousness was well communicated and seemed understood, but something clear went wrong. It was delicious, but before the symptoms began to kick in the middle.
Ordered a hearty crepe and it was delicious and GF. All their hearty crepes are made with buckwheat flour and are of course GF.
Adorable Parisan Cafe. All savory crepes are made out of buckwheat and are gluten free. Delicious!
Located on Queen Street, in the historic downtown, about a mile from the Niagara Falls View area, this place is a gem! It is a “trip to France” while at the Falls. They offer galettes (GF buckwheat crepes) which can be used for both their sweet and savory crepes and a designated fryer for their hand cut fries. Friendly and accommodating service. Our sever took the time to tell about the GF offerings. Lots of homemade touches by their expert pastry chef including homemade caramel sauce, Chantilly cream, crème brûlée and chocolate mousse. Everything was delicious!
They have gluten free buckwheat crepes which are fantastic!
