Slow service, had to ask for tea 2x. 2. the spring roll is no longer Vietnamese spring roll, huge diff in taste and quality, had I known that it wasn't Vietnamese spring roll but just plain veg spring roll, I wouldn't have ordered the dish. The menu specified Cha Gio which is Vietnamese spring roll. 3. there was no handwashing soap n no paper towels in the ladies washroom 4. wonder if this restaurant has changed ownership ?
This restaurant was recommended by a cashier at a local supermarket just after restaurants were allowed to reopen during the Covid summer 2021. As we were leaving, another patron said "this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the region. Our first visit was replicated several times over the summer and in November 2021. Service is fine; food high quality; prices clearly affordable.
We ordered the Korean BBQ ribs, the Vietnamese fried rice, spring rolls (both fresh and fried), fried squid, and pho soup. All delicious, generous portions, fast service. We always make sure to visit this place when we come to Niagara! Pics: pho, fried rice and BBQ ribs.
My wife and I just returned from our third visit to Pho Bowl in Lundy’s Lane. I wanted to report that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We started with yummy cold rolls. My wife had the bun bo hue and she commented how tasty the broth was. I had the vermicelli with grilled chicken, grilled beef and spring roll. Absolutely amazing food. We are looking forward to trying more dishes from the menu. We were also impressed how clean the washrooms were.
Everything we tried was delicious and the staff were very friendly! All in all, excellent food, service and comfy ambiance! Would definitely recommend!
