Pizza Hut - Niagara Falls

This fast food outlet is located on a busy street in Niagara Falls. It has parking and has the usually selections for this chain. The Taco Belle is no more than a little section within the KFC. Seating is okay. Food is okay. Cleanliness could be improved.

The Taco Bell side , anything on the menu whatever the name is tastes the same with the same ingredients . The Beef is something they bush on the shell to look pretty with a lot of greens it is like a salad on a bun , skimp on ingredients . You have to ask for sour cream if they have it . On the Chicken side , the fried chicken is cooked in advance and reheated before serving , doesn't have that come out of the fryer taste of regular KFC. . The fries are hard and too salty for my taste , ask not to put salt on it . Open only day time . The Taco side is open a bit later to 10PM .

I have ordered KFC Delivery several times. They have some good deals, but if you are going in for Buckets of Chicken, or buying chicken by the piece, it gets a little frightening.The 'Fill Ups' are a good deal @ $5.00. I often get the Popcorn Chicken Bowl with chocolate chip cookie and a can of Pepsi @ $5.00, but I always order enough food to make the extremely high delivery charge worth oaying. This charge is $5.00 but does not include the delivery tip. Other places offer free delivery @ a certain price point or the average fee is only $3.00. KFC gouges a little here.My average cost for enough food and drinks for 2 good meals is just under $50.00. I am single so I order enough for a couple of good dinners. The add one like Cole slaw, gravy, drinks, upgraded fries or pouting can really add up quick. These kind of items could definitely be offered cheaper. One really good item is extra dipping sauces. They are only $0.20 each and the have a good variety. I order 12-15 at a time.Overall, it is that taste you have always loved but at prices you hoped you would never have to pay.I will say that my food has always been delivered piping hot, never too greasy (remember, it is fried chicken...it won't be grease free) an by courteous driver.

Husband had craving for chicken, but it wasn't hot. We ordered the 6 piece bucket took it back to hotel.

Deplorable customer service alert!! Can't get orders right and then they blame the customer. Charging me extra for an order you got wrong and then blaming me for getting it wrong is completely unacceptable I will never give this place another nickel.
