AVOID. Staff could care less about you or your order, they end up messing up your order, don’t bother telling you about the fact that they’re non franchise (hence higher prices) until after you pay (without reading the price).Ended up getting an apple cider and a hot chocolate (both venti) and instead of paying just over $11 as the app stated (we were looking for what we wanted), we paid over 19. We were told after that it’s a non franchise location so they charge higher.Upon ordering, the staff took their time to tend to us as they were talking to each other obnoxiously loud. Took them 5 minutes to input two orders… and another 10 to make them despite there being no other orders.Cherry on top, despite listing the modifications of the drinks on the cup (removed the whipped cream), they still ended up adding them. Absolutely no attention to detail or care from this staff.

Honestly surprised by all the bad reviews, I thought this location was great ?‍

As someone that travels for a living,Starbucjs is my go to, best coffee and service but...this store can't be a corporate store. The service was the worst, my wife's hot chocolate had no hot chocolate, it was warm milk and the prices are increased for the poor service and products.
